SIR, I Filed an execution petition under section 27 in district consumer forum for non compliance of the order of the forum by opposite parties 1 to 4. Now the OP 1 filed appeal in state commission by adding the OP2 TO 4 as respondents as formal parties and also filed stay petition. Now whether I can proceed the execution against OP's 2,3,4 as they not preferred any appeal. whether it is maintanable.
