Exhaustive claims 4 child support

Hallo every one,

My question to you all is how will the child support be calcutaled.

My wife has made an exhaustive list of expenses to the tune of 5.35lacs per annum towards child support (2.5 times my salary income) with no supporitng documents of the same

I have submitted all my last 5 years I.T.R/investment details/salary sertificate/banks details

she is a doctor and has not submitted a single document of her income

Nor she has submitted her single documents for her current support from family member

Pease advise as I am in distress as the Judge has passed an Interim order for Child Educational Expenses to be paid by me, since i was paying the amount during cohabitation

Hi Hemant,

Understand your plight, but please remember an order from court must be adhered although the quantum of payment/installment can be okayed for part payments by judge. But, don't take it lightly and miss the dates. I know my good friend where NBW/FLW were slapped and the poor man in on the run now. If in Bangalore I can help and you can join the DV gang !!!
