anjana ji, mujhe meri wife ki ek medical slip mili jis me usne apne lover ke name ko husband ki jagha likha nhua h,lekin wo shaadi se pahle ki medical report h .and wo report meri wife ke ultrasound ki hjisme us ke pet me kuch problem h,and meri wife ke signature bi h us slip per.

to kya main bi court me jaa kar kah du ki ye pahle se shaadi shuda h?

ab meri wife sirf apne lover ke kaaran mujh se alag h 15 month se and sirf 6 month rhi mere saaath .

bataiye kya kar sakta hu aap ki najer 

kuch nhi kar sakta kyoki ---------------------------  aap sab ko pata h kyo?

@ Akash  you have given a great illustration but it will be more powerful and helpful if you could come with your exact answer as why you have not done anything and can't do anything to get back your wife?

Give respect to the lady. She is fighting against the fraud. As a matter of fact, we are all fighting against the misuse of laws. Its very unfortunate that you disrespect a lady member even after reading her side of the story. Don't hate all women, its not fair.

Bigamy charges can be pressed but the case wont stand, there were some judgements to that point.

bataiye ek MEN kya kare ,kya ek aadmi me dil nhi hota ,lekin humari govt. and kannon nhi sunta and main kuch nhi kar paa rha

anjana ji aap ne kah diya main apne favore me divorce chahti hu,agar divorce ho gya h and aap bhidivorce hi chahti h to kyo apni life ke khuch aur saal khrab karna chahti h .

mere hissab se aap ko bi dusri shaadi kar ke ek beautiful life jini chahiye na ki court ke chaker me pad kar apni life ko khrab karna chahiye.aage aap jaisa samjhe waisa kare

Here the IDS of the lady is government to obtain this some where else she should give marriage certificate or affidavit something else? so i am saying bigamy will be applicable according to my circumstances of facts.

According to you it is an medical document. you can go on audltry ground taking divorce.

anjana ji aisa kuch nhi ki wo medical proof h to bigamy nhi banega ,kyoki us me bi us ne husband and wife ka relation dikhaya and apne sign kiye h,means dono pati patni hue,and jab ek pati jinda to dusri shaaadi kar rhi ,

Read my story properly at point of divorce where I am . If i want divorce why I have cancelled is your question? i want the justice in proper way so iam going as per law.with out cancelling that decree i cannot take criminal action on him.

Your view is i am fighting for money no.......... its damn wrong.     i want justice  i believe truth wins to win this case not even money i will put my blood even .

According to bigamy we should go with certain ceremonies of marriage according to our marriage customs like if you are hindu  south indian like thali, spatapadi etc,christian means wedding rings so many ...... etc etc or other wise marriage register certificate.

jab ek ladki khud sign kar rhi h medical report per and kisi ko apna husband likh rhi h to wo kyo nhi maana jaiga.

mujhe sirf itna samjha dijiye ki jab koi khud kisi ko apna husband/wife bol rha h and us base par uska treatment ho rha h and wo signature bi kar rha h waha record me to hum us ko kaise nhi mannege
