i and my mother has got ex partee due non appearance in the court.
we were not aware that someone has filed a case against us.because summons were not delivered to us.
now we came to know that ward member has present the false witnes against us that we were at home we accept the summons but refused to sign.
i can proove myself right that i was on my duty at that time and ward memeber is telling lie.
is it sufficient cause for me and my mother to reopen the case.?
how my mother can take her defence?
is there any way which can help my mother to proove herself right?
can i be helpful to my mother?
