I am presently working in PSU. as like all other PSU's, ours also have a NOC policy in case if we apply for anonther PSU job.
In my case i want to apply for a UPSC post which doesnt require any NOC but demands an experience certificate in their format. My present employer is rejecting to issue an experience certificate citing NOC rules which i feel is no appropriate.
Need your advice as obtaining experience certificate mentioning name, my employment period and work nature is my right.
