Experience letter

Hii,

i am working in a privat organization and about to leave in next month, my current employer asked me to let him know my next employer, so they are writing it in experience, but dont want it.

 

any sugession.

Your current employer has no right or no business to demand to know about your next employer.

Endeavor to get good comments in service certificate (avoid without comments, adverse comments).

 

Download appreciation letters/incentives/awards/rewards/commendations/incremnets etc record and try to get some appreciation even if by emails from superiors say a day/week before LWD.

They dont have any right you just collect your relieving and your all appriciations in you custody

Casually he can enquire about the upcoming employer, but he doesnt had any work to add that in your experience letter. But ur upcoming employer may enquire about ur previous employment with your previous employer secretly
