expert advice need

Hallo to All,

one of my client is having benefeicary of plot against a will. (date of will 1987) and the testator of will is passes away in 1989. he is adopted son (no document) available to him. now he want to apply for legal hership after 23 year of date of will.  can he do so? expert advice needed. thanks in advance

Yes it is possible.

if the property is selfaquired the he can dispose by will.without documents hoew he will proove adoption.by the way who is possesser of property.factum of possession also attract the issue.
