I appeared in written objective exam for post--xxx (having 75% weightage) and 25% weightage of interview.
No carbon copy of written exam was given, no written marks were declared for next day interview list. On the very next day of interview, appointment letters were issued WITHOUT DECLARING LIST OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WITHOUT FINAL CUT OFF MARKS.
I complained to Anticorruption Bureau and they seized Xerox copy of answer sheets for preliminary investigation. In it, I was shown my answer sheet having ten correct questions cancelled and tick mark extra placed at wrong answers.(prima-facie forgery).
Despite this, after more than two months, only P.E.(preliminary enquiry) have been registered and F.I.R. is still pending in the name of complete/thorough investigation.
My friend having interest in legal matters suggested me to lodge separate F.I.R. in police station by complaint at CJM court------in addition to ACB investigation.Pl suggest whether it is advisible and possible.
