Dear Sirs,
I am married since 25 years.My husband is into an extra marital affair since 8 years. it has been a mental torture as i have three kids aged 24,23, and 16 yrs.We live in a flat which is mortgaged in the bank on loan against property. He has not been paying the equated monthly instalments regularly. the remaining amount to be cleared now after 8 yrs is very meagre. I am worried for the consequence after the release of papers as many a times he has been pressurising me to sell the flat and part with 50% as we are joint co owners ( me and him).Kindly suggest if there is anything he can do after the papers are released.Also is there any way I can prove the affair.as he is capable of all fraudulent means which he has been adopting all way long.Thanks
