What is its line of business e.g; Banking?
The Redg. Office/HO of establishment is located in which state?
The Reporting Office of establishment is located in which state?
How many persons are employed in establishment?
Do standing orders (Model/Certified) apply to establishment/designation of employee?
The employee has worked for how many months?
The employee was under probation or confirmed?
What is designation and nature of duties of employee?
How many persons were reporting to employee?
Does employee have power to sanction (not just recommendation) leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise others etc?
Can anyone change the recommendations of employee?
What is notice period as per appointment letter?
What is the notice period tendered by employee?
Does employee have copy, proof of dispatch and delivery of notice of resignation/final resignation, acceptance of resignation, salary slips of all months (including last month), correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, PF a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, I.Card, service certificate, relieving letter, acknowledgment of hand over the charge/assets, NOC/NDC , copies of appraisals, commendations ( e.g; awards/rewards, appreciations, incentives earning etc ) etc etc ?
Has employee handed over the charge/assets under proper acknowledgment?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice etc issued and replied by employee and was the matter closed?
