1. Is a board resolution necessary for declaring a person as an occupier and/ or factory manager if he is already appointed as a CEO/ MD?
2. Can a corporate office personnel (PMO) be appointed as the factory manager of the new unit? The reason for this question is that the salary of the person would be paid out of PMO and shall not be paid from the new unit.
3. Is it mandatory that the factory manager be physically present in the plant during all working days in that particular plant? Or can the appointment be on paper only?
