Fake title deed

A person files a civil suit against another claiming that he has a registered document to establish that a portion of the latter's property belongs to him. The matter is under the consideration of the Court. This original title holder has title deeds and location sketch and District Collector's report, latest land tax receipts in support of his title, which he has been enjoying for the last 85 years. The complianant's claim is that in 1971 a portion of the property was registered in his name.
The original title holder strongly suspects that the complainant has used fake title deed to mislead the Court. Can the original holder submit an additional petition that the complainant has submitted a fake title deed and request the Court to subject the suspected deed to forensic scrutiny?

Hello,

If the documents you believe are false, then it will come under forgery i.e. section 463 of the Indian Penal Code.

You can submit a notice to the court under section 463 (Forgery) and 464 ( Making a false document) of the IPC.
