I just wish men to understand this "bottomline". The earlier will men understand this bottomline, the fewer will visit jail.

I disagree with what you are saying. I truly believe that if you are honest and fight for respect one should not visit jail. But one should know how and when to move....

mr. contestine, i am sorry to say that though you are right theoritically, but wrong in practical field. however please do not stop fighting, today or tomorrow, indian males will be free from the encroachment of their personal liberty on marriage and divorce. thanks.

Ground reality sir. Theory will evaporate.

I read two judgments today-First, husband get 44 months jail for defaulting on maintenance- https://www.zeenews.com/news596899.html
A constable was acquitted from graft charges on the ground that graft cannot be demanded in public (traffic police, railways ticket checkers, custom official at airport cant take graft for they are in public!). https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/delhi/HC-relief-for-constable-sacked-over-graft-charges/articleshow/5518515.cms
Well, better to be corrupt than a husband.
