False chapter case will i loose my property civil case

I have filed a case on Tenancy Right in Kalyan Court on landlord for not accepting pagadi rent after my father death and the court has accepted my rent on my name.

Now the owner and the landlord lady have filed chapter case after 1 year on me taking other tenant ladies and members signature. The police is not hearing my pleas.

If the owner shows this chapter case on me and aim a disturbance to him and other tenants will I loose my Civil Case.
