my inlaws will be coming to mumbai,as they have spoken to one of our caste head for helping them with the divorce & get the marriage expense from us. as he was busy , he has asked them to come after june. so
1 shall i go for the anticipatory bail right away, or should wait bcoz that person will also call us for our side of story?
2 can i include every person name in one anticipatory bail applicaton or it has to be different for different individuals?
3 how much an AB cost me?
