False evidence in civil case

Hello Experts,

One quick question regarding the Plaint.

My wife has given false evidence and suppressed facts in the civil court. If some one gives false evidence, then we can file perjury CRPC 340 .

But the SUIT being a civil case, What actions can I take against her ?

Kindly suggest.

Thanks

Thanks Adv. Bharat.

In criminal cases we can request the court through CRPC 91 to gether the evidences or to summon
the witnesses through CRPC 311. Is there anything equivalent to CRPC 91 in CPC ?

I need some documents from some government departments to fight against the Plaint to prove that it was filed with malafide intention and false allegations.

How can i request the court to gather the required documents / evidences through summons or someother means in Civil Suit.

Thanks.

Firstly you have to exhaust the remedy available i.e., by producing certified copies. So apply for c/c now.
