Sir,
I came across a family who lives in rural area where few gundas of the same locality have filed a false FIR on a innocent family stating that they had a big fight on that day, but reality is no person of that family were present on the day of fight,. how can these innocent family come out of this false FIR any suggestions please
.

Any how FIR is filed if he wants to challenge it file a writ in the high court to quash FIR.
File both application for anticipatory bail and petion u/s 482 for quashing of F.I.R.

IPC 1860 U/S 341,504,143 Actually they are preparing charge sheet we have produced medical and other concerned documents based on that they said they will put B report and close the case but now due to pressure from Local MLA and local goons again they have put up the case those people are threatening us from going to Court .
