My wife and in law`s because of fight with me 2 or 3 times goes to the police station and filed a police complaint, false ( NCR ) against me. He gives bribe to the inspector , SHO by this way she only register NCR against me in D D R and told police officers to dose not call me for any investigation or any enquiry. By this way she simply harassing me and fabricating false evidence against me, which can be use in future court process.
Now what are option open for me in this situation
1) Can i use this ncr for mental cruelty against husband in divorce case
2) Any criminal case against this people
any suggestion ??
