Hello...
My brother is facing criminal case for forging my signature.. i ve given my witness statement too.
Now my brother started blackmailing me by filing false case on my own house(I've made loan from bank to build it.ive records for each n every rupee).
Few years back,he filed same false case and withdrawn it.
Now he filed same false case that my own house is ancestral property and he wants share in it...
I'm fed up with his mental torture.
Please provide me a permanent solution for this.So that he couldn't file that case again.
and is there any provision in high court to do so(like quashing)?
