my client made accused in Dv case for non giving maintenence B cauc his revision painding in H C
he made defaulter in section 31 which is register by an citiation of HC Bench by the JMFC can it be challanged that on a private case filed u/s 31 without police report JMFC can file case without Crpc 204(2)
