We are 3 brothers & a sis. We have 2 house properties in 2 different locations in the same city, both made by my father who is no more. 1 property is in his name & the 2nd one in the joint name of my mother (who is no more) & my aunt (father's sis). My aunt is ready to leave her title. In this case (1) can only one Family arrangement deed can be made or there should be 2 different deeds? (2). Which is better among Family arrangement deed, compromise deed & gift deed? Thank you.

Sir, can one deed been done for both properties & for all the brothers & sister? And, Relinquish deed & family arrangement deed can be drafted as one or do they need to be separate?
