Why did U file the joint memo, for annulment  of marriage.

I have filled for dissolution of marriage.

but my lawyer left grounds for dissolution of marriage ( idont know whether he did it intentionally or by mistake).

Now I want to add the grounds for the dissolution of marriage.

is it possible to add the grounds, then how to do it.

even the other party for dissolution of marriage. (No grounds)

What were the reasons given by UR lawyer for not mentioning in the memo?

Sir,

He said as it is mentioned that the cause of dissolution of marriage is already mentioned in main memo and also in proof affidavit, it is not required to mention the grounds in memo.

Thanks,

You do not have to repeat the grounds each and every time in each and every petition you file before the court.  If you have filed joint trial memo, why didyou not consider filing a joint memo for dissolution of marriage on the grounds ofmutual agreement between you both since both of you seek the same relief of dissolution of marriage.
