Family fraud - please help

Hello,

I need an experts device:
1 - My grandmother had an 20 acre of agriculture land which she got after the demise of my grandfather. It is an ancestral land.
2 - I was using 10 acres of my share for agri purposes.
3 - My grandmother was living with my Tayaji (paternal uncle - father's brother). Before her death, she made a will that all her land will be given to me and my cousin. (to both grandsons).
3 - But, just before her death, my cousin (paternal uncle's son) took her to the Tehsil and did a registry for all the land my grandmother owned to my Paternal Uncle - Tayaji.

Is there any possible legal way to get my land back?

Please provide your valuable suggestion.

Thanks

you did not tell us from which state u are, if it is ancestor property all the legal heirs will have a equal share in it, she can bequeath her share to her loved one, but not the entire property, if that is the case you can suit for declaration and parition.

Thanks,
