By alone can i apply from court,

1. u can simply go to the court

2. file an application for getting cert. copy of judgement & decree (Urgent (7 rs per page) / Normal (4 rs per page))

3. since u are a party to the litigation, u DO NOT need to furnish any affidavit.

4. pay the requisite fees.

5. u will be given a date for collecting the copies.

6. re-visit on the fixed date & collect the copes.

its a very simple procedure.

lawyers in my town charge almost 1000 rs for the same (actual cost even less than 100 rs.)

first go to the court were you judgement declared and to section office enquiry with the dispatch section wheater the order was prepared or not and who had taken it 

because there is a client copy/lawyer copy if your lawyer had already taken the copy pay the remaiing fees to your lawyer and get it or file for a certifiied copy in the same section and get it
