Family setllement

One signatory of a MOU pertaining to family settlement in respect to undivided family property dies. Query does the MOU/settlement considered Legally valid or it would be considered the WILL of the deceased

If signed and registered  then it is legal .if any one challenges it in competent court of law then you have to prove  the genuiness in open court.

1. MOU has no legally enforceable value for immovable property transactions or whatever.
