Fast track court

Seniors???

Just tell the judge you want to proceed via fast track court .And you would be given dates for your hearing's which would be at intervals or a gap of 3 days .

Is there any extra charges for this? In How many months decision will come?

How many months this would take is difficult to predict . There is no fixed formula that in a fast track court it would be decided within so and so time . Take for instance in DV cases the act says that from the date of summons reliefs should be granted with 60 days of the first hearings but it does not happen . This is india so accept reality and live with it .
