Fast track court procedure for divorce

I have files Divorce case against my wife in March , 2015.

How can I transfer this case to Fast track court.

It cannot be transferred to fast track court. Jurisidction always lies with the family court or civil judge senior division courts.

Ppl dont even know what is fast track court and why it was formed. Best solution is both convert to islam, become muslim, you say talak thrice on her face, divorce u get, u can remarry, if she has problem with triple talak, then she go for court. I think thats the fastest way to secure divorce.

Regular way takes 2 decades to get divorced or else u need to shell out lot of money like kiccha sudeep or sanjay kapur or prabudeva..

It cannot be transferred to fast track court. Jurisdiction always lies with the family court . Procedure of getting divorce from any court is long and time and money consuming. If you are in hurry of getting divorce then give her alimony as her wants take mcd and it rid of her. Live a happy and peaceful life.
