reply to mr suresh quary====the secretary was directed by hon justice=the respondents r directed to appoint dr =taking into account the case of similarly circumstansed persons a &b who r not recommended for the post of prof. now remains the questions of sentence.the affidavit filed by contmnor does not contain any expression of regreat.al the time showing justification of not complying with the order of the court.considering her contemnous act s discussed at length =i sentensed her ti pay a fine of rs2000.only ---------------

It is not a bar for chairmanship. There is no moral turpitude. She took a stand to justify her. Court disagreed and fined her. She might have gone in higher court against this order.
