I have a father, brother and me In family now. We were having joint family with home on my mother's name (her self earning), after death of my mother we have decided to sell house. My dad forced us to put his name when we bought our house from out share (In both brother's house). Brothers are first owner and second name is of Dad.
Now dad decided to marry a lady who is just after the money. Dad is threatening us that i will close one room of your two bhk flat as he is having joint name.
Dad already taken his share from mother's house and he is having his own house.
We both brother have 4 years old daughters and dad is so bad and trying to create problem daily.
What can be done legally now?
