father refused to give property and staying at home

my father has a illegal wife and two daughters with her. first wife is my mother and legal wife to him. we r two.sister and me(m).he does not want to give any property to us. he recently built a new house.we r at my grand father ( mothers dad) house.we have any right to stay directly at new home without any one permission ?? he built a home at ancestral property.and we can get any share of property? So plz answer and help us..

Since your mother is the legal wife and you are the legal heirs definitely then in that case you can go and stay in your father property and you can also ask for a share in property since it is ancestral .Since your mother is the legal wife and you are the legal heirs definitely then in that case you can go and stay in your father property and you can also ask for a share in property since it is ancestral .
