My father has 2 houses in his name - single owner ( not acenstral) . He is currently staying with his brother.he has already made a will and named one of the house in my sister name .My mother does not have her name in any of the houses.Can she make a claim on it ( had done the investment in the making of the house).Can my father gift or transfer the house to his brother or sister although he has written the will.what will be our claim on the property if my father gives it off to his brother and sisiter.
