Fed Up Of this Useless Country

Well i am the original owners of 2 plots measuring 108 square yards each, the plots were bought by me in the year 1996 from the farmer itself, who was living at that time, i did not create a wall boundary, but did demark the above said plots with a foot of wall and also constructed a room in one the plots, a notice for the same was issued to me my the administration since it was an agricultural land. one plot was bought under GPA from persons who had originally bought the plot from the same farmer, i also took the original registries of the same as the registries at that time had closed.

Now in year 2008 the land was notified by the administration which lead to shooting of the prices, now land mafia working in thar area with the help of revenue department got a fake registry registered in his name wherein the seller was the original farmer's brother's step sons, i might add here that the person from whom we purchased the land was unmarried and had no legal heirs to his property. Also every inch of the land was sold between the year 1196 and 1998 and there wasn't even an inch of land avaialble on ground, but since the land  stays in the name of the farmer in the revenue record in case of agricultural land, the land mafia head in connivance of the revenue officials got the land left for the roads registered in his name and then using his influence in the police department started grabbing the plots of poor uneducated people.

Upon hearing this i started construction work on my plot, as i was afraid that the same would happen to my plots as well, but the police interfered in the contruction process and forced me to stop the construction and both the parites were summoned to the police station, however no written summon was issued. On reaching the police station the head of the land mafia nexus accusations were made by me as well as him, and complaints were filed, in my complaint i had requested for filing of an FIR for tresspassing in my property, after this subsequent complaints were made to the SSP, on whose directions an enquiry was intitiated. in november 2010 he filed a civil suit against me in the district court to pressure me to sell the plots at throw away prices, offers were also made by him to me for the same

During all this peiod i approached and exhausted every chain of command in the adminstrative circle, upto the governor of chandigarh. the civil suit was ordered in our favour on 15th and the plaintiff appeal was dismissed, but still the police has failed to lodge an FIR against this person and the land mafia nexus he is operating is continually grabbing plots of poor people who either don't have the knowledge and are easily misguided by police as well other people to sell the land at throw away prices. Already two people have committed sucide at the hands of the harassment caused by this person.

I even called a press conference regarding this and have been making rounds to various press reporters, but our press is also useless, just like the jutice system of this country, I shelled out nearly 30,000 rs to arrange that press conference but none of the leading newspaper ever felt the need to cover this serious matter, few of the 2nd and 3rd tier newsdailies did report the amtter but that was not enough to warrant any action by police authorities

i have exhausted every option i had, even the lawyers have made a business out of their profession, i have had to change 3 lawyers over the period of 3 months, cos once they got the money i was made to run after them to get any kind of letter or my side of case heard from them.

I hate this country and i hope that all these people die and go to hell for eternity.

sorry for the mistakes, i could not edit so i am mentioning in the second post

1. instead of "sold between the year 1196 and 1998 " it is "sold between the year 1996 and 1998 "

2. instead of "governor of chandigarh" it is "governor of chattisgarh"

Hating our own country is not going to solve any problem. It is our own country, it is in our hands what we convert it into. If basics are faulty in any country that country is bound to suffer. The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is a basic human right that defines the relation between the State and Citizen. Where Citizens are truly free and truly rulers, they are allowed to keep arms, wherever they are not free and are slaves of the system they are not allowed to keep arms. Wherever this right is suppressed, it is bound to result in tyranny and corruption. This is a basic truth like 2+2 is always 4.

You may put in your query in "Experts" colum to see if any "Expert" as any legal solution to your problem.

"Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest." --M. K. Gandhi

"Both the oligarch and tyrant mistrust the people, and therefore deprive them of arms." - Aristotle

"Only an armed people can be truly free. Only an unarmed people can ever be enslaved."- Aristotle

"Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not." ~ Thomas Jefferson

"The most effective way to find ourselves enslaved will not be done openly. If weakened we will sink gradually. I ask, who are the militia? They consist of the whole people,.... except a few public officers."- Thomas Jefferson

”A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”~George Washington

‘‘The right of self-defense is the first law of nature; in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest possible limits. ... and when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.’’— Saint George Tucker, Judge of the Virginia Supreme Court 1803

"That rifle on the wall of the labourer's cottage or working class flat is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there."- George Orwell

“Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence. The church, the plow, the prairie wagon, and citizen’s firearms are indelibly related. From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and the pistol are equally indispensable. Every corner of this land knows firearms, and more than 99.99% of them by their silence indicate they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference; they deserve a place with all that’s good. When firearms go, all goes; we need them every hour.”-George Washington
