filing sec 420

Sir I filed a sec 420 against my wife.her parents and her boy friend for cheating me for doing force marriage with me which was came under light by phone call recording by my wife with her boyfriend. Court sent notice to local police to investigate the matter. After investigation the witness and evidences they send the report to commissioner office for legal opinion. Police assured that they will get arrest. But surprisingly legal opinion was negative result to me. It stated that being a family dispute no arrest will be taken. Respected jury members i few questions regarding this:- 1. Is punishments are different for same sec 420? 2. What i hv to do get them punished by court as they send for remind by filing false 498 A. As she was caught three days after my marriage and marriage was consummated. Please I request you to give suggestion for further action to take my revenge.
