fir 262 against builder named era/adel

I have a query my father and mother gave his whole life earning to a builder named era and now Adel as they changed the name we gave 50 lakhs in 2012 and project is abandoned in sec 86 ggn I have a individual fir 262/2015 and case is I hc chd but now builder is in jail in delhi fir and his company is in NCLT so want to know whether the criminal fir will go on or stop if company goes in nclt.
