first appeal_stay on title suit

There is a property X with A as ostensible owner and possessor of property X for 40 years.B is benamdar(since deceased) and deed and mutation is in his name.A had filed a title suit in civil court for property X which got rejected some dates after admission under CPC 7.Consequently A filed a first appeal in high court which is listed for admission.meanwhile B filed a title suit in civil court for their title and recovery of possession.I want to know weather this title suit of B can be stayed due to first appeal in high court.learned members pls help....
