Sir, I purchased a flat in 2009 from a builder through cash payment. I sold my property in villiage and purchase the flat in city. He registred my flat with number F1. But the same falt was sold to another person with flat no 201 who is now president of the flat association. He taken a loan on the flat. At the time registration builder given development aggrement & link document of land lord. Recently I approach the bank for loan, they confirmed loan already sanction on the flat. very sad thing builder appoint his friend as a GPA holder done all kind of cheating.
Presently I am staying in the flat . But pl.advice me how to resolve this problem. If any more details required I will provide.
