1. "Fine Levy Warrant" (FLW) is issued when the Accused person has not paid or refused to pay the Fine /Penalty as ordered by any judicial authority.  The warrant enables the district Collector to conclusively conduct seize /auction /lock of any property for recovery of the Fine /Penalty.
