Have you received other documents e.g. acknowledgment of notice of resignation and acceptance printed version of HR policy/service rules and regulations mentioned in appointment letter, Form16 , PF number a/c slips of each year of employment, ESIC card, Salary Slip of each month of employment, service certificate/certified copy of service card/relieving letter ……………………..
Notice period is not dependant on T&C inserted by employer in appointment letter alone.

If you are unable to handle the matter on your own, approach your local Labor Consultant/Service lawyer.
If notice period is not applicable in your case then notice pay should not be claimed from you and you need to explain the same and decline to accept the FnF statement.

What is this establishment: Commercial, Industrial, Small Enterprise?
The registration certificate is displayed near entrance or you may find out yourself.
You were located in which state?
Redg. office of the company is located in which state?
How many employees are employed in it?
What is line of business of the company e.g. IT, banking etc…………?
What was your designation and nature of duties?
For how many months you had worked with this company?
Are you a member of Employees Unions?
