Sir,
I had 1.5 acres land at konijerla,(Khammam District,AP,INDIA) which is second bit from Road- side. road side owner is selling his land to some X. Till now i had no legal root to approach my land.Can I fight for Root from neighbor by purchasing land cost for which he will given me as road.Now He is not assured me that he sell me land for road.Can I complaint against him for getting road?. Please help me
