Forces leave by HR

Hi team, I had a query. I work for Sutherland global services, Mumbai as an Associate Manager. One of my team member had a problem with the way I gave her feedback. She has added spice and built up story in her email to HR head. I was summoned by the HR head and asked to give an explanation. She (HR Head) also asked me to put my papers and leave and they will waive the notice period. But I told her that I haven't done anything wrong and the allegations are false and base less. I did not agree to resign. She said she will send me a Show Cause notice and I will have to respond to that. In the meanwhile she asked me to not to return to work. How do I fight this, I can send you a copy of the show cause notice if that helps. I would certainly not want to work for that organization any more. But I want to show them that I was not wrong and leave in my term. Rather than being asked by some one to do so. Eagerly awaiting a reply to fight this Corporate Dirty Games.
