i married a girl who got divorced from us thru mutual consent (she was respondent)but her hubby had marriage registered in us with other girl.he married to that girl without divorcing my wife in us.and got married to my wife in india .is divorce decree now of my wife is valid (from us)(mutual consent) but can be invalid due to loop holes in it.

As long as you, your wife, her ex-husband and present wife of her ex-husband have no objection aboout the decree of mutual consent divorce, there is no problem.
