Foreign jugment on divorce

Please answer

 

suppose if a person has dual citizenship and he marries in other country with his other citizenship and hides his indian citizenship (2nd one)

then while divorce on that country does the court has right over Indian property which we buy in india or can wife claims over that property which is in india, which is in name of husband's mother name..........means 

can other country courts has any rights over indian property

suppose i have two citizenship let say of Nepal also and i have Indian citizenship voter id as well then if i married in nepal with my nepali citizenship card then during the divorce can nepal court has any right over the property which i have in india or not????????????
