Dear Experts / Colleagues,
We have a house in a Building( In Maharashtra) consisting of 32 Rooms. All of us have Notarized Sale agreements only.
We want to form a Welfare Society, probably without the Cooperation from the Builder who has vested interests and is delaying the process, totally disinterested and negliegient in maintaining the society.
I would like to ask what is the procedure to Form a Welfare Society with / without cooperation from the Builder? What kind of ducuments are needed? The Expenses involved in the Same? Whether the Sale agreements need to be Registered OR Notary is sufficient?
Please help with your inputs and feedback.
