Can developer do construction for extra FSI due to proposed D P Road 18.30 meter adjoining plot when D P is yet to be constructed. Are there clear guidelines by MCGM. The proposed D P road has been sanctioned in town planning but not yet constructed.

What do you mean by terms "FSI", "DP" "MCGM" used by you in the post, as the same are local terminology and not legal terms ?
