Very comman question which i have seen many other members asked already still to have better clarity asking again..
i was working with Arshiya supply chain management pvt ltd, Mumbai (FTWZ) part of Arshiya limited from Aug 2011 till Sep 2013, was relived after serving 15 days notice and even receved reliving letter from company. However till date the HR / Management has not reverted or given any commitment on F&F settlement. there almost 100+ employees who are in same situation (right frmo VP till executive).
FYI. if you check Arshiya on google you will know that co. is going through tough time(cash crunch) due to many irregularities in past..
Self and few other ex. employees have planned to raise this issue with labour office but dont know whether the out come will be in favour as the management has many other vendors/supplier demanding money frmo them and there are many legal cases against co... still co is going good doing good biz but not ready to even acknowledge the emails sent by us... we have not even receved Form16 for last financial year...
Need guidance on how do we approach compnay management to address this issue.
1. what are the pro/cons if we take legal action
2. What are the process of approaching labour office
