what is gerabaad (in Hindi as i dont know wat it is called in english) kind of land in jharkhand.??
Acc. to my information such kind of land is partially owned by goverment and when goverment want they can displace the current occupant.
so is it safe to build home in such kind of land ???
if no what can be done to avoid such situation ??
or if registry and mutation is done than also its illegal????
