Can a Minor, through his/her guardian donate immovable property to any of family member

No minor cannot donate.court permission shud be taken.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. But in case Minor's guardian on behalf Minor donate a particular property to his/her grand-mother in that case court's permission is also needed? Please advise
