Gift deed

My grandfather had 3 sons and 2 daughters. He purchased a plot in the name of

1. Elder son's wife

2. Second son Mr A

3. My grandmother(recently expired)

Therefore My grandmother was one third owner of our residential building comprising basement, ground, first floor and second floor.

Mutation has been done in favour of-

Mr A- basement

Grandmother- ground floor

Mrs B- first floor

While the roof was shared equally.

My father who is the smallest of all brothers(Mr.C) then constructed the second floor on the roof and we got one third share of our grandmother in the second floor gifted to him as well as 25% of the total basement. We also got a gift deed registered in my aunt's name for one third of the ground floor.

My question is-

Is the gift valid despite the mutation of basement being in the favour Mr B?
