One of my friend is a owner of a residential property in bangalore he and his father acquired the property through a registered sale deed. His father died in the year 2006. After the death of his father his the one-half of the property was transfered to his mothers name by the Revenue Auhtority (BBMP) and he and his mother became the co-owners of the property.
Now one- half of the share in the said propert has to be gifted to two sons that his my friend and his brother.
My friend's property will not be shared his one-half of the property share that is undivided share, right title and interest of the property will be his only his mother's property will be gifted
