Gift deed by power of attorney holder

I am a GPA Holder of my uncle in which he has given power to sell his immoveable property and given power to execute any other type of deed in favour of anybody
By the GPA can I gift my uncle's property to my brother?

GPA with regards to the immovable property should be through registrated with the Sub-registrar and only those acts with regards to the property done by the attorney which have been specified in the GPA.
